Part III, in collaboration with the Bihar Domestic Workers’ Union, organised a day-long session in Patna with 42 domestic workers to discuss workplace and daily life challenges, and raise awareness about their rights under the SC/ST (PoA) Act, POSH Act, POCSO Act, and labour laws. The training also included guidance from the Local Complaints Committee on addressing sexual harassment and strategies for collective organising.
Part III conducted a one-day participatory training in Musahar Tola, Bhelwada, Patna, engaging adolescents from local Dalit communities to identify and discuss key social, economic, and educational challenges faced by their neighbourhoods.
